Exterior detailing involves cleaning of the outer oven, including the shells or casings, vent-a-hood, oven windows, and surrounding stainless steel areas. 

The outer components of the oven system are equally as important as the oven itself.  Electrical boxes and cooling fans are cleaned, bearings are greased, and blower motors are cleaned out during our preventive care measures.
